This class gives a beautiful experience of bonding with the baby while maintaining or cultivating one’s own yoga practice.
The focus of these classes is on toning and restoring strength in the upper body, abdomen and the pelvic floor after the birth of a child.

Postnatal Class consist of:

  • Upper body and pelvic floor strengthening poses
  • Sun Salutation
  • Forward bends, twists, inversions, standing postures
  • Meditation Relaxation
