If beginner’s poses are felt comfortable, it’s probably time to incorporate some intermediate poses into the repertoire. One may find some of these poses quite easy and others nearly impossible. It should be remembered that yoga is a process and there are no deadlines. One can always improve the strength and flexibility over a period of time.

Intermediate class consists of:

1. Yoga poses and their variations in more detail than the other classes
2. Some challenging poses such as Sirsasana (headstand), Urdhva Dhanurasana
(full backbend or upward bow) and challenging hand balances.
3. Longer holding than in the beginner classes in order to increase strength balance and
flexibility
4. Advance Pranayama with different Bandhas (Lock)

Class Day, Time and Location:
Tuesday 10.00 am – 11.15 am (Virtually and at Om Yoga Center)
