This 7 week introductory series is recommended for those, new to yoga and for students who wish to establish a solid foundation in this ancient practice. Everyone has the ability to start and flourish in yoga, regardless of age, level of flexibility and physical condition.

Beginner yoga consists of:

  • Basic standing and sitting postures (Asanas)
  • Sun Salutation, inversions and twist
  • Breathing (Pranayama)
  • Meditation
  • Proper alignment of postures and coordination of breath
