BEGINNER LEVEL YOGA

This 7 week introductory series is recommended for those, new to yoga and for students who wish to establish a solid foundation in this ancient practice. Everyone has the ability to start and flourish in yoga, regardless of age, level of flexibility and physical condition.

Beginner yoga consists of:

1. Basic standing and sitting postures (Asanas)
2. Sun Salutation, inversions and twist
3. Breathing (Pranayama)
4. Meditation
5. Proper alignment of postures and coordination of breath

Tuesday, Thursday (location will be announced) 6.00 pm – 7.15 pm
(Drop in is not allowed)
